You will receive an automated tracking number to the email provided at check out once you have made a purchase.

 

 

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS

At the moment we do not accept returns or refunds. 

All of our items are packaged carefully and inspected prior to shipping and we are not responsible for damaged items.

Unfortunately any accidental damage due to shipping is out of our control and are not liable you may reach USPS, FedEx, or UPS for any damages.

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 48hours of your purchase. Allow 3-7 business days for your bank to process your cancellation and returns your funds into your account.

WRONG ITEMS OR MISSING ITEMS

We try our absolute best to not make mistakes but we are still in human form and make mistakes. If you receive the wrong items or missing an item EMAIL US right away.

Please be sure to include a picture of your packing slip, along with the items you received. Let us know what you’re missing so we can ship it to you ASAP.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

We are not liable for lost or damaged items or packages. Once your orders are delivered at the shipping company we have no control.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO US

This doesn’t happen very often but if your items were returned to us it's typically because the wrong address was imputed at check out. The buyer is responsible for checking the shipping address if the address is incorrect you will be responsible for the RE-shipping fee. If you no longer want your items to be re-shipped we will not refund your initial shipping costs.
